Ashok Subramanian is a Civil Engineer from Guindy Engineering College, Anna University from the Year 2000 batch. In the year 1999, Ashok as a young student attended his first NLP Training in his college premises alongside several HR Managers from the Manufacturing Companies in Chennai.

During 2000-2001, Ashok  had conducted a few research experiments using “NLP Training for implementing TQM practices” for Masons, Bar Benders & Plumbers, who were attending residential trainings in the Building Technology Centre, Anna University, Chennai as part of Ashok’s post graduate research. In 2001, Ashok Subramanian presented his first research paper on “NLP & ISO to promote TQM”  representing India in the sixth International Conference on ISO & TQM in Scotland and went on to won the second rank for his research paper in that international forum.

This magical moment dramatically changed Ashok’s life from civil engineering to NLP Training. Ashok pursued NLP Trainers in the UK while the field was just taking roots in the Europe and had forged a successful partnership with Sue Knight, UK for ten long years launching International Certified NLP Training Courses in Kerala, Chennai, New Delhi & Himalayas, attracting international trainers from all over the world to India for NLP Courses modeling Indian Culture..

Being the first internationally recognised NLP Master Trainer from India, Ashok Subramanian has been consistently achieving significant milestones in propagating NLP for Organisational Development, Family Counselling, Leadership Coaching, Education, Health & Wellness, etc.. He has also authored many renowned research papers in International Conferences on NLP and has been consistently invited by International NLP Forums to deliver sessions on his pioneering work in India

Walk the talk! Everyone says charity begins at home and for Ashok Subramanian Modelling truly starts at home. His attitude towards Modelling Excellence has led him and his family towards experimenting with various domains of excellence in the world of mental health and has successfully created a path to follow. He has attempted water birthing for his Wife – Pria & have homeschooled their three kids, experimented with farm living and have now successfully transitioned them into regular school life in Thrisur now.

Being an ardent fan of Kerala Culture, Ashok Subramanian spent a part of his life modeling Ayurveda, Naatya Shashtra from the traditional Monks of Kerala. Those models are now part of the master practitioner courses that Ashok personally designs & delivers today.

Ashok Subramanian had consistently worked with Trainers from different domains modeling excellence from them by offering joint workshops and sharing those fruits of learning with the international NLP Community every year. Having modeled excellence from parallel domains of Self-Development, Ashok has continued to integrate new and interesting models into his NLP Training Courses every year. Ashok has delivered sessions on those models at the Global NLP Summit every year since 2019 and has received international accolade for the same and hence regarded as a NLP Pioneer since then!

Ashok Subramanian has the privilege of offering short and long workshops for several organisations & corporates in the last 25 years. Over the last 7 years Ashok Subramanian has the privilege of training the World’s Oldest & Largest Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing Company – Hindustan Aeronautics Limited with his unique NLP Models.

Ashok Subramanian has also consistently run NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner & Trainer Training Courses in major cities all over India and have mentored & handheld several NLP Trainers in the last 25 years who have successfully established their NLP Training Careers across India.

He is currently supporting many individual professionals, families, and organisations through his Annual Coaching NLP Package, in adapting Modelling as a method to achieve happiness, harmony and excellence in their lives.

Few years ago, Ashok shifted his base from Jayanagar, Bangalore to his hometown Krishnagiri in Tamil Nadu to live a wholesome balanced life. Here, he offers his residential training programmes in a rural farmhouse setting, which regularly attracts participants from all over the country. Ashok spends time between Krishnagiri (work base) & Thrissur (family) working with organisations and families enroute, thereby maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
