About Ashok Subramanian.

Ashok Subramanian is a structural post graduate (2002) from Guindy Engg. College, Chennai, whose research paper on NLP & TQM for Organisational Development won the second rank in 6th International Conference on ISO & TQM in Scotland during 2001.

Ashok Subramanian took on to the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming there after and is regarded as NLP Pioneer in India for his 25yrs of Work with NLP for Organisations, Leadership, Education, Business & Sales.

Ashok Subramanian homeschools his 3 children and lives on a farm near Krishnagiri, TN.

Ashok Subramanian is a specialist in pioneering NLP into Organisations. Some of the organisations that he has worked with extensively are Infosys, Bangalore (2007), HAL, Bangalore (2015 – 2023) , RIBO Industries, Trichy (2021), Kamaraj College of Engineering, Virudunagar etc.

Ashok Subramanian’s Clientlist includes prestigious names such as Pfizer-Mumbai, Novonordisk- Bangalore, Ernst & Young-Kochi, DRDO-Hyderabad, BHEL-New Delhi etc..
