Personal
Experience
In my twenties, I struggled with a chronic voice issue due to gastric reflux. In my thirties, I developed eczema, a skin condition that persisted despite extensive modern medical care.
Both conditions had clear names, diagnoses, and treatment protocols — yet, no cure. Modern medicine managed the symptoms but not the root cause.
Breakthrough
Through Ayurveda
When I discovered Ayurveda, I encountered a completely different lens. An Ayurvedic medicine cured my gastric reflux permanently. Later, under the guidance of Swami Radha Krishna, I treated my eczema — and today, my skin is completely healed.
Through this journey, I realized something profound:
“A disease exists only until we discover the right medicine for it.”
Once the medicine works, the condition loses its identity as a ‘disease’ and becomes a memory. Ayurveda, deeply integrated into South Indian food and lifestyle, has always played this preventive and curative role — until modern food habits, stress, and fragmented routines began eroding that foundation.
