NLP Training in Chennai City

I have read many self-help books, attended many self development and some NLP oriented workshops, And at the end of the class I had lot of notes taken down in the class, Lots of To-Do list, But it never triggered a search in me or it didn't have much impact on me.

But your workshop is the workshop in the real sense, were unearthing of behavior beneath in me happened, Behaviors which drags or blocks in having easy going in life. It may be only one such behavioral thing identified in the workshop, But it is worth it and change in that could bring a dramatic change in me and people around me. And one more learning is solution has to come from inside not someone will give it.

While going home my thoughts were fully occupied with how I am delivering my EMOTIONS , how I react emotionally, I won't say that i got the strategy or the way I have to handle it , But my focus on the my emotions, how I am dealing with it day to day life has started. And I am sure this search will lead me to the answer.

THANKS for such wonderful weekend, On first day I thought this is not going to help me, No PPT, No formal introduction, No powerful speech (like how normally a trainer does.), No Agenda.

But if I haven't attended your workshop, I would have missed a lot or turning point in life, which might have taken long time. I want to know what next level of training I should have to enhance my life.

As discussed, do let me know Yoga and Meditation class which will help me in this process, where I can take it up, With full of hope and enthusiasm to see you in next level of training.

Thanks Again.

-Asif Aleem, Tech Lead, Hewlett & Packard, Chennai, India : attended Ashok's NLP Training at Computer Society of India, Chennai

I am not new to NLP, but the way Ashok sir presented NLP in those 2 days was really new to me. So far I was trained in NLP only in a formal and systematic way. But Ashok's training was fully informal as well as more practical. In other words it was a subjective training.

Instead of giving the technique first and teaching what it is, he first asks a participant to share his problem or any other difficult situation then he analyses it through NLP way and gives the solution and then he tells what NLP techniques he used.

The way he asks questions about a problem will make anyone to go easily to the root cause of that problem and find a suitable solution. He illuminates a person with his questions. I was curiously absorbing everything. It looks like as if he is doing an autopsy to a particular problem.

He clearly explained how to move from the ‘present problem state’ to the ‘desired state’. And he easily explained how to identify that we are in a ‘present problem state’ and how we can take the first step to reach our ‘desired state’. The way he explained modeling is also very good.

NLP is my passion. I love NLP very much. I actually came to this workshop to learn more NLP techniques. But I learned how to use the techniques which I know, more efficiently and practically. That’s more valuable than learning new techniques.

I admired his energy throughout the day. He maintained the same energy from morning till evening. He is very friendly, humorous and humble.

NLP is the most powerful behavioral technology. I am already using NLP in my therapies & consultations and getting good results. My desire is to make a positive change in everyone’s life I meet. My dream is to touch millions of heart and build a positive & powerful society. Now this workshop has fueled my ambition and triggered me to create a better humanity.

I choose to write this report today itself, since the feeling is fresh, and I would want to relive the experience of the past three days! While I have started writing the report, I am not sure whether I will be able to complete it today itself!

Before coming to workshop, I had had the opportunity to read a book on NLP, which left me curious about the concept, and I really looked forward to a LIVE experience of NLP. This workshop offered me with just that. As I am a counsellor by profession, I wanted to achieve two objectives by attending the workshop:

1) Get an answer to my question related to exercising control over consumption of junk food

2) Learning as much as possible about NLP, the various concepts, models etc in it.

Before coming to the workshop, I thought that NLP is about models, techniques and tools. After coming here, I realized that there was much more to it than just techniques; that NLP is more about the study of thoughts, behaviours and distinct characteristics that make things work for some, analyzing and modelling attributes that make some people successful, and a lot more.

Basically, I learnt that NLP is a way of life, and that there is a lot to understand in the working of the mind, that is both exciting and challenging.

The gibberish meditation, acting like animals, enacting several emotions followed by lying down and then dancing was very relaxing, and it helped me visualize my purpose in life a lot better. The experience of visualizing the future and living it in the present made my goal seem much closer, and much more achievable than before.

The concept of modelling another person without analyzing why he/she might be doing so
helped me empathize with the person in a far more effective way, by literally moving around in the world in his/her shoes.

I was fortunate to be the subject during the explanation of the Parts Integration model. While the model by itself has intrigued me, it would be special to me because it helped me deal with an issue that has been bothering me for quite a while.

The other models were equally interesting, and I’m lucky to be equipped with such priceless tools for additional use in therapy. Observing the energy levels, body language and expressions of fellow-participants of the workshop has further enhanced my experience.

Before coming for the workshop, you told me that each subject is different, and that a
combination of tools and models are essential in helping an individual deal with his issue. And I understood this very well with the way in which the various issues of fellow participants were addressed.

I firmly believe that in life, nothing happens out of turn. The reason why I was able to be part of this program is because it was time for me to welcome you in my life. And it was indeed a brilliant experience. I thank you wholeheartedly for giving me an opportunity to learn so much from you, and being ever-willing to answer any and all sorts of questions and giving us all an extremely meaningful experience. Thank you once again! (I managed to complete the report today itself, after all! )

NLP was aimed to train my conscious mind but the learning experience has touched my soul. Ashok has done a wonderful job and been a genuine and a patient facilitator to take us through this journey. NLP expanded my mind and made me realize that I needed to think out of the box (which I normally do at workfront), but never did it at home with my kids ..I am thinking of new and interesting ways to parent my sons. It taught me through experiences of others and self to be clear and to be myself to have the right outcome in life..

I saw quite a few members in the group releasing their emotions and it only went out to tell that I was not alone and that people have their own battles to fight and taught me perseverance, courage and to not hold back and let go. The last day I had a small discussion with Ashok informally which has given me a greater understanding as to why I am the way I am and how I can better myself and my life. I always doubt the future and success..AND I am determined to force my mind and condition it to think more positively...

I for sure know that this course is very effective for "leaders to be " plus it helps the weak people to realise their strengths and erase their misconceptions about not being able to voice out. NLP has helped in bending such weak minds and making them strong.....we had a beautiful experience of this through a group member again in class..

Ashok is warm, hostile and receptive to the group and this quality made us all receptive to him....Personally for me I have picked up a lot of flexibility in thoughts as I am very scared to explore always ...

I look forward to do the next level in NLP for sure and I need to grow more..the journey has just begun .

Thank you, Ashok!

Dear Ashok,

Thank you so very much for those three wonderful days of training.

Your method of training was totally thought provoking. I felt upbeat, strong and so positive. Your numerous stories with the right messages and appropriate timings were real eye openers. It was a whole lot of learning added to a whole lot of fun. I would definitely want to be like the man in the desert and stay on the path of NLP. Your unique style and down to earth attitude was easy to relate to.

My gratitude and best wishes to you for doing such a splendid job, of training people to excel.

- Sahana Shanbhag, Teacher, Abudhabi, India : attended Ashok's NLP Training in Hotel VITS, Andheri (E), Mumbai

These three days of NLP Training was a good experience overall. I met some interesting people and got to know more about my own mind.

I have become more aware about my thinking patterns. I’m observing people, their behavior, noticing lot of people who think their map is other’s territory, finding lot of examples on deletions, generalizations and distortions in communication. Trying to see excellence around and model some of it.

Ashok's training style is very informal and very interesting. He connects easily with people and laughs like a child which I liked the most.

I’m glad to be a part of the training. I would like to improve on NLP from here and would seek some support from you as and when needed. I definitely want to learn NLP more as I find it useful in everyday life.

"It was really a fascinating experience to attend your two day programme at Hyderabad. Ashok is a wonderful coach who knows how to put into the minds of people what they want. Your approach was unique, you started the programme in such a style and how the two days went on was really thrilling. Your flow of knowledge in not only NLP but in other areas was tremendous. You have tons of energy in you. Even a lay man can understand what is NLP with your mode of teaching. You know how to induce the material into our brains. You know how to probe into our problems and solve them without even our noticing. I have attended several HRD lectures, but you are unique. Your conducting the practical exercises was really good that you area a good demonstrator.

I really feel transformed in my approach. I was looking at things afresh and trying to see things differently, especially observing people in a new perspective. Earlier my approach was as per my maps, now I am trying to understand their language, their maps and I am able to compare with mine and act. My earlier approach was reaction with my maps, but not anymore. Hope to continue and gain much from the new maps given by you. Thank You".

Mr. S.R.K. Raju - Sr. Manager Corporate Communications, Vizag Steel, Vishakapatnam, India : attended Ashok's NLP Training at Hotel Skyway, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

My learning from the NLP workshop has been as follows: There are many explanations of NLP, each is like a beam of light shining from a different angle, picking out the whole shape and shadow of the subject. NLP studies how we structure our subjective experience - how we think about our values and beliefs and how we create our emotional states and  construct our internal world from our experience and give it meaning. No event has meaning in itself, we give it meaning, and different people may give the same event different meanings. So, NLP studies experience from the inside. NLP is more than just a collection of techniques. It is also a way of thinking, a frame of mind based on curiosity, exploration and fun. *NLP is whatever works*

NLP brings about self-development and change. First you use it to work on yourself to become the person you really want to be and can be.  NLP is not about fixing other people and neglecting yourself. “Put your own mask on first.'I’ factor” An  outcome is not the same as a task. An outcome is what you want, A task is what you have to do to achieve it. Don't do tasks until you set your outcomes, Problems cannot be solved unless you have an outcome.

Change is a journey from an unsatisfactory present state towards a desired state – your outcome.

Problem Thinking: Problems are difficult because the very act of thinking about them makes us feel bad and therefore less resourceful. We do not think as clearly so it is harder to think of a solution.Problem thinking makes the problem even harder to solve “Let Go “ Factor  is the best factor which I have learnt in the session and majority of my stress related  challenges were addressed , and the training delivery in "Story  telling Model" by Ashok was inimitable  Thank you Ashok and Jessica .

The NLP Diploma Program has been an enriching experience for me on both personal
and professional fronts.

On the professional front, the program provided me with a platform to work further
on the NLP path. It helped me to relate a lot of theoretical concepts to practical
experiences which were a key highlight. I would like to mention here, that Ashok’s
unique style of experiencial delivery of concepts added a lot of value. Ashok helped
bring in a comfort level with the structure of the program, which further enhanced the
learning process. Experiencing the concept of Outcome thinking and associated /
disassociated states through real life examples brought in a clear understanding.

With my previous background in Human Resources, I was able to relate to instances
wherein NLP techniques of Modeling would have helped me perform better.

On the personal front, I found outcome thinking to be a real eye-opener to help deal
with issues which were affecting me. Though it needs repeated practice, it provided me
with an avenue to work on. Providing a sense of direction to deal with personal issues is
what I was looking for and this program has certainly given me the same.

Analysis of Language patterns and its effect on the thinking filters is a concept which I
found very interesting to work on.

The style of the program wherein each of us got to personally experience the
techniques gave us an opportunity to realize the value and potential.

Overall, the entire program provided me with a much needed detailed introduction to the
concept of NLP which I was seeking. I hope to move ahead now with my NLP learning process.

Mrs. Priya Gururaj, HR Professional, Hongkong: attended Ashok's NLP Training at Hotel Skyway, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

I was always interested to know the real NLP as I had a bad introduction to it and that was one of the motivation factors to attend the training. I must count myself lucky that I also had the chance to talk to Ashok Sir more than the participants - courtesy my accommodation. As we had discussed during the event, my health was a factor I wanted to improve and Ashok Sir made me realize that I was the reason for my own health and made me realize that I had been avoiding the signs from my body. Guess my mind was given utmost importance and the body received almost none.

Though Ashok Sir scared the life out of me by saying that I might end up losing my voice, thanks to Jessi who made me realize that it was meant to make me take notice of the potential danger that could arise in the future. Post the training, I have done just 2 days of training as I decided to take a break and spend some time with my family. I've been praying 5 times a day everyday and after every prayer I practise the yoga technique taught to me by my gym instructor to strengthen my back. I also do deep breathing where I try not to think of nothing but absolute silence. It makes me feel much better and refreshed. On a lighter vein, It has also made me sleep well at times.

I really admire the approach Ashok Sir used in the session where he took the example of the participants and thereby explained concepts. Now I'm able to recollect the concepts as I remember Poonam(for an example) participating in the associate / dissociate concept and others too. I also appreciate the way Ashok Sir handled the problem makers and turned them into learners on day two.

I think I'd fail my feedback duty if I dont mention two books - the one given by Ashok Sir on NLP Secrets and the other gifted to me by Jessi - From where you are to where you want to be. The NLP secrets book is one of the simplest ways to explain NLP and I'm in love with it. I'm sure I'll be reading it quite a lot of times in the near future. Its a treasure. And the other book - Jessi, I really dont know how to say thank you, its sort of a wonderful feeling reading it, especially when I actually do the exercises in it. Thanks a tonne to the both of you again. In the near future, I'd love to learn advanced stages of NLP from Ashok Sir. Regarding the venue, quality of the materials etc, no complaints what so ever.

I must also mention the effort of Sajan Sir (not to flatter you Sir), you've always taught me many things through your actions. Your well preparedness and foresight are things I saw for myself during my stay at Hyderabad and I'm thankful to you for being the person i look up to.

Mohamad Ajmal - Trainer, Savoy Global, Quatar : attended Ashok's NLP Training at Hotel Skyway, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

"Two days of NLP were like an eyeopener, an experience, which transcended me to a realm of perpetual sunshine where all the haze was dispelled. It was like being pulled out from a slimy swamp and dipped in a clear, clean water. The sheer change of view and angle of looking at things can bring so much clarity in vision and thoughts is amazing. All thanks to Ashok and Jessica who introduced us to this vehicle of thought. Many cobwebs which were hindering clear vision and thoughts were removed."

The concepts of 'outcome state', 'filters', 'clean language', 'setting realistic goals' and commitment to them are all so familiar but seldom imbibed at a conscious level by us. Your subtle way of delivering the whole concept, bringing everyone at a comfort zone, where emotional flow and sharing becomes so easy was all very mesmerizing. By end of the second day sessions I felt I knew all those people inside out.

I think that is the Power named NLP!

Thanks to you all for all this enriching experience, I look forward to more interaction on the subject and experiential exchange with you and your team. My sincere regards and best wishes to team UNOVA on their journey of transforming lives!"

NLP Training near New Delhi

Dear Ashok,

It was a wonderful journey of self discovery and realization for two and half days with you. Thank you!

Some of the frameworks that are with me and a part of me:

a) Drama Triangle – It is a very good and generic framework that can be applied in all walks of life and shows how people react in different ways with their own reasons.

b) Association – Disassociation - This was another framework that I have used without knowing it was a NLP technique in my own style. Definitely the ability to dissociate from a particular position and scenario from oneself helps in handling many situations better.

c) Self other – This concept is a notch above. The ability to visualize problems and get perspectives never thought before would be possible through this and that too all the unpacking would be possible by the people/oneself invovled.

d) Questions - The questions set that you had shared and used during the workshop were definitely very effective in discovering what was exactly going on in peoples mind and helping them realize things all by themselves. Definitely there was a structure in there.

e) Audio visual: The ability to understand others personality based on visual and sounds aspect was an eye opener.

f) Unconscious: NLP to me was all about unpacking and bisecting the unconscious mind and bringing the unknown to the known to oneself.
g) Meditation and Osho: The understanding and awareness on meditation was new and unknown to me before and was an eye opener on how the observer can be observed in the mind.
            a) Muscle Tension
            b)  Noise Reduction
            c) Narrow vision.
Osho’s quotes and your usage of those definitely triggered me to read and listen to Osho more. Also I read and listen to Krishnamurthi’s words a lot so listening to you really helped me get some more dimensions about myself.

Thanks for all your insights on marriage…definitely got thoughts I have never thought before.
Self realizations:

            a)      Definitely got my priorities about my life and the importance to my married life
                b)       Story teller and people listening to me was an insight about me to myself
                c)      Reducing my speed while talking and looking at people while I speak are very
important and it is about communicating and not speaking.
                d)      Making my mind think that I am doing something and using present continuous and          not future is also a part of the learning for the brain and its programming.
                e)      Thanks again for your views on marriage.

NLP and leadership is something I would like to explore together in the coming days. Let me know any authors/books that may already have explored this topic.

I have had a Rich learning experience with Ashok in these three days of NLP Diploma Training.

This programme helped me understand my area of development and identify key action steps I have learnt quite a few useful NLP models, with which I can relate to professional & personal life

Ashok is a Good facilitator, who has a very good coaching style supported by effective questioning skills. He encourages participants to think and share & focuses on practice & discussion, less on theory

Some people don’t join such valuable courses till they don’t know what they will gain from it… Sharing a broad program outline with participants, before the program, may be helpful as more people will then be able to join & benefit.

- Shilpa Jagga, Training Manager, Citibank, New Delhi, India : attended Ashok's NLP workshop in Zorba - The Buddha between Gurgaon & New Delhi.

Excellent learning for me.

- That a great physical environment adds value to my being and learning.. and to the overall learning
- That I feel nice when I let myself ‘feel’ and associate.
- About some possibilities of using NLP
- How NLP could be used practically.
- That if I stop/slow down/pay attention I become more observant
- That my feeling like a special child of God and going with the flow is all right and helps me be strong and peaceful.

Ashok’s Style of Training

- Makes one think/observe/feel self and others – very useful
- Loved Ashok’s ability to be able to ‘pull’ out stories of relevance thro his ‘hat’!
- At times, I thought Ashok’s belief system was taking over the exploring
- Very open, authentic and with the intent of value adding. I love Ashok’s integrity.
- Personally, I would have preferred a little more structure.
- Great to bring someone in from the existing environment as part of the learning in the workshop.

Further Support

- By being in touch!
- By sharing specific observations/feedback about me that will help me learn more about myself.
- By sharing information/advice that may be useful for my learning/using/dissemination of NLP.

I especially valued that Ashok lived up to his commitment of conducting the program as promised And that’s not because it was me, but the fact that he lived up to his word. Respect that immensely.

NLP Training in Pune

I thought of Ashok's training style to be very free flowing and cleverly adaptive to the needs of our group. It was a surprisingly refreshing experience with a beautiful blend of concepts and their application in our individual lives. It has made me more aware in a lot of areas. I felt very inspired and loaded with positive energy. It gave me a strong boost to make some alterations in my daily life.

My conversation with Ashok has also given me another perspective in important areas of my life in turn helping me make better choices. A practitioner workshop will definitely be the next step as and when it's possible for me.

I had a brilliant experience and look forward to having many more such experiences.

The two days workshop has brought  an immense insight for me and I understood the powerful science of communication “NLP” and the changes it can bring to your life.NLP helps to realize the problem state and it is an intact means of achieving the desired outcome. The most underline principle of NLP,  I have learnt during the workshop is “Take the responsibility of for whatever you do”.

The above statement has a profound impact on my thinking and my aspect towards things around me has started changing, though I know it will take some time to preach, but the trigger has already generated.

During the two day workshop, I met some participants, heard them out and somewhere back of the mind after the workshop, I could relate their perspectives with what was taught to me. The learning started with understanding the basic that “The map is not a territory”, this signifies that every person is unique and therefore his views will be also different and stand correct on his side. When we actually understand this, we move from our behavior of assuming, ego state, aggression and enter into the state of “I don’t know”, “learning” and “openness”. Here we recognize the fact that the views of other people are also equally subjective and valid.

Through my little knowledge about subconscious mind, I was aware that it stores lot of information than conscious mind does, so when I understood that NLP, teaches you to also look below the “Surface”, I realized the deeper meaning of it, where I came to know that mind has its own filter which Deletes, Distorts and Generalizes. The use of senses to all were previously for our own benefits, but NLP has led the understanding that people perceive their world with their own senses & words which varies, so if you use their preferred words, style which matches with them then you will be able to connect better.

Many of us have their own beliefs and it is very important to have them, NLP teaches us that we should not be rigid about the same and should always be ready to question ourselves when we have not achieved the desired outcome. This will help us to identify beliefs which support our success.

It also teaches us that we always have choices for any given situation, so it takes a great deal to be observant and be aware of your reactions to a situation. If we master this art then we can control the unwanted reactions at any given point and be flexible in our behaviors.

The practical exercises done during the workshop did teach some important points which I would like to summarize it below:

·  We should have a purpose of life and work towards it.

·  Don’t use word “try”, it implies failure.

·  Don’t make assumption or pre-judge situation or people, you should be always open to learn.

·  Failure and feedback are part of life, we should learn from failure and should be open to feedback.

·  Asking right question to yourself or the other person is very important to understand the different perspectives.

·  Always be specific.

·  Important aspect of communication is establishing rapport and motivating everyone.

·  Thinking from different perspectives.

I may have not covered it all in this one page write up as NLP as a subject is vast and there is more learn.

Thank you Ashok for sharing this powerful science and imparting knowledge to the world out there.

NLP Training near Bangalore

It was really good and I felt it to be a very different experience, with all the
new exposures like farming, living amidst nature etc.

I did learn about some of my patterns which I was struck with. This awareness has helped me to create changes in those patterns.

Thali forest area was really good and energizing.

Ashok's training is unique, participant friendly and totally engaging. I love Ashok’s laugh.

Keep up the good work…

Dear Ashok,

Thank you for your excellent programme. I did not get trained by Mr. Ashok. I got realization and insight on my own personality under the facilitation of Mr. Ashok. Many trainers may be there, but I notice Ashok as a 'Learning, Realization and Insight Development Facilitator'.

One thing I started practising now, is to foucs on the 'sourroundings' and purposefully defocussing on 'internal thinking'. In this way I am trying to 'get connected' to the external world, rather than getting 'internally involved'. But at the same time, I will not abandon 'Internal Involvement', because that is the 'source of all my past success'. Now I will try to develop 'External Engagement' and then have a balance of both.

My experience with Ashok's NLP Training is mind-blowing. I have attended trainings and workshops in closed rooms, but this is quite unconventional. The ambience was very lively and informal. I realized that NLP broke almost all my beliefs.

The best part was trekking and field work. Literally, we were lost in trekking but yet had a wonderful time. It was adventurous. It’s incredible that I learnt to plough, harvest and weeding as well in 3 days. I wish I could have spent some more days there.

I learnt how to unlearn my beliefs. NLP helped me to unveil the underlying patterns of my behaviour, thoughts and emotions. The result is I am more conscious and aware now.

The venue near Thali forest area, bangalore is pollution free and eco-friendly. I realized that the climate, environment and food made my body and mind completely rejuvenated during the 3 days of stay. I would say the residents here are legends. Their perception and clarity about life is amazing. The clarity of these forward thinkers makes them to spout their ideals effortlessly.

Ashok’s innate capability of questioning one’s belief is incredible. He never gives me an answer, rather intensifies the question and would bring the answer from me. His training was in-depth in such a way that he made me to analyze my beliefs at its micro level.

NLP has changed me a lot. I feel that I just started learning about me and others. I believe that knowing each and every associate’s pulse is a quality of a leader. NLP has taught me how to do that effectively now. To hone my leadership skills I still need an enormous support from Ashok, and that would only happen if I disturb him a lot.

Ashok, Thank you very much for this opportunity. Kudos for choosing such a wonderful place for NLP Training. I feel that there is a long way to go to excel in NLP. So, would love to attend your forthcoming sessions in other venues.

NLP Training near Kochi, Kerala

The first day was difficult as I was thinking that I should be a completely different person after this program. However once I started discussing my problems with Ashok I was more aware of my thinking patterns. This helped me open up more.

I learnt to think from neutral perspective in a problem situation. Also learnt about moving from problem thinking to outcome thinking. I had a very positive mind set at the end of the program.

Ashok is very friendly and approachable. I liked the way he takes our real problems/issues and analyses in the group.

I have gained a new living experience with Ashok's NLP Workshop in Fisherman Village. I learnt various NLP methods of unleashing my hidden resources. I learnt how to associate with certain things and how to avoid problem thinking. I have also learnt various NLP concepts which I can apply in my life.

Ashok's method of NLP training was excellent. He can understand various needs of people and train them according to their requirements.

You can further support me with new NLP materials. Thank you very much for making your time available for me all your feedbacks. I really appreciate it.
