Mission
Our mission is to serve as a
people training academy for those who want to explore their potential to
become real world class leaders in whatever they do.
In the next five years Shinota’s vision is to
1. identify & support more than 100 Leadership Trainers, who can support the leaders of this world.
2. create a leadership resource centre for leaders, which is an oasis for them to relax, to think, to evolve into the world of their future.
Ashok
Ashok is a NLP Master Trainer certified by Sue Knight. He has been trained with Sue Knight (UK), Colin Spencer (UK), Gene Early (USA), Judith De Lozier (USA), Lorraine Callynd (UK), Frank Farelly (Ireland) etc. For the last 10 years, Ashok has been running his training programmes in India & Middle East.
