Feedback :

I thought the experience was wonderful. The clean, wholesome food, the yoga, the location and, of course, the course itself was a huge learning opportunity. I think I enjoyed the programme so much because I was open to a new experience, but also because of the consideration and kindness of people around me.

The place was lovely: a beautiful natural environment with nature on all sides. Doing the classes in the kalari room, under the banana trees, near the backwater and in the massage room was lovely. Changing the room everyday felt right as it made us experience the flexibility for which the program was training us. An introduction, which says something about how the environment helps inculcate flexibility and an understanding of the essence of NLP, might intrigue and then eventually make sense to new participants.

I learnt a lot about myself (a primary motivator for doing NLP) in terms of my patterns and what I can do to break them. I also learnt the benefits of building rapport with people not like myself and the benefits of persevering in this. It would have been good to have more intensive days

I like the flexibility, openness and choosing our statements as a springboard to introduce topics. That kept me very involved as I felt often that it was about me!

The impromptu feedback session on the 2nd night was a real gem – the quality and usefulness of the discussion was extremely useful and even though I didn’t get a lot of answers, I got a lot of direction. I would have liked more sessions to be of the same intensity – although I am not sure what makes me feel that the feedback session was more intense than the other sessions.

I liked the exercises, particularly the “following” one. I would have liked to do a greater number of such exercises as they help me concretize my learning.

Thank you for the Ashram experience in the fisherman village!

This workshop has given me one of the best learning experience in my life, which I cant put it in words.

Ashok's style of training is very simple and subtle, giving space to everyone to learn by themselves.

Thank you so much from my heart!!!

The experience has been simply great for me especially because now I have a few work ons that are going to be my measure for my development. It has been an eye-opener for me in terms of some great feedbacks that I wil be working on from now onwards. made great friends and met Ashok who's made a real impact in our lives.

The ashram has been a great experience especially when you see so many selfless people around who are all busy with some special and yet simple objective of their own, everybody looks satisfied, nobodys in hurry.

Its been one of a kind experience that I think is incomparable with others, simply outstanding. When I discussed about the training to some of my friends they were simply amazed and missed it.

Simple yet elegant,so much related to your daily lives. So easily understood with everyday life examples. He's there to influence some lives for good.H'e shown me a completely different side/style of a trainer.I also think I have found a mentor(both personal and professional) in him for lifetime.I have seen the best form of FACILITATIVE TRAINING with him.Simply outstanding!

The training was great, one of the best three days which I spend in my life. The ambience set the right stage for the program. The venue was great.I would say the location contributed to a great extent for the success of the program

Ashok's style is different but very good. If you could give a quick note on your style in the introduction it would set the right stage.

The program needs to have a follow up on package. It could be online , but would help us to track ourselves and share our learnings. A fort nighly news letter could be of help

Dear Ashok

Hearty congratulations for conducting such a beautiful programme and I am sure the experience was enriching and help me to excel my self as a better faculty member.

The Programme introduced me to whole lot of new concepts such as related to thinking process (Neuro), how we can be effective by understanding the Language in all together different ways and modeling as a concept for excellence – Programming.

I feel that I can be more connected now with my trainees by knowing my thinking as well as their thinking process. I have now learnt to become a facilitator to open up the minds of the participants than be a solution finder to their issues of concern.

The Hill Palace was ideal for such training programme. It was far from the maddening crowd and I could feel the serenity of the place an all together new experience. I feel that there could not be any better place than this. Kudos to you, for selecting such idyllic environment. I am sure that the ayurvedic based food preparations have contributed in a big way in understanding the nuances of NLP in a better way

Your style was very friendly and free flowing like a meandering river and for adults it was a congenial way of learning.

I feel that few exercises in the book particular the questionnaire to identify our filters would have greatly enhanced the utility of the programme. I am going to attempt it independently and get back to you if required.

I will keep in touch with you as and when I feel the need for it.

I am delighted and privileged to have attended the programme and look to improve myself as a faculty member.

With personal regards

Yours sincerely

This workshop was a good place to stop a while and introspect myself which I usually dont get to do when i am back home.I learnt a lot about myself and my areas of improvement. The Hill Palace was absolutely appropriate. The calm and serene surrounding added to the success of my learning process. Ashok's style of training is very interesting, intriguing and adaptable!

In small and big ways I learnt a lot from all of you and i thank you all for that.Being a small group it was easy to relate to everyone and it also gave us all ample time to interact in a meaningful manner.Regardless to say i thoroughly enjoyed the entire process.

I sincerely hope that we will stay in touch till we get a chance to meet once again.

Overall, It was an invigorating experience!!

- Rupika Goenka, Pyschosocial Consultant, Kolkata

There has been a lasting impression in my mind that I have all the answers within me, this gives me a very strong feel that I am capable enough to handle any situation. I am glad that I could attend this programme. I learnt that anything is possible by just understanding and altering thought patterns of the mind. Also understood the importance of taking responsibility for my life instead of focusing on others.

I felt the workshop was highly customized and tailor made to suit the individual in the most efficient way. I could witness transformation in the participants within a very short span of time that we related to Ashok.

I would like to know more about NLP and I firmly believe that NLP can help me in achieving my mission on this earth. Feel glad to have been a participant in this training and I heartfully thank God for it. May God bless all of you!! It has been my pleasure and privilege to attend this programme!!!! Thanks a ton!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Josephine Nancy Anthony, Relationship Manager, Citibank, Chennai

My experience on this programme is something I find very difficult to express through words. It was an experience that was happening more inside me rather than outside. I felt the effect of it on the very first day of the programme itself. I learnt basically that the power of our mind is something that I have never learnt to harness to think in a particular fashion. The concept of modeling of excellence attracted me quite a bit and definitely will endeavor to inquire more into it. The selection of the location - Anna University, Chennai - was most appropriate. To be in a setting where great minds have been developed over the years itself is a feeling to be experienced.

Ashok's style is very different from other trainings that I attended. No Hype or fancy technology, plain human involvement is a style that is something other trainers or facilitators need to replicate.

- Rajesh Ramamurthy, Head of Operations, Trident Fligt Handlers Pvt. Ltd.. Chennai

It was good to interact with such a diverse people and very interesting team to meet up with.I felt quite comfortable in opening up.Appreciate your way of probing and picking up quickly on what we say and conveying back about our personality. I learnt a lot from these two days - Learning from others experience, Learning from feelings expressed, How the language we use conveys our personality, the pattern that emerges, etc..

Ashok's style is Unassuming, simple way of interacting, communicating & Very crisp and candid feedback

Will be thankful if you can help us on to build on what we learned and practice more.

- Ramakrishna Prasad Kodali , Asst. Vice President - IT, RR Donnelley India, Chennai

It was interesting to see how our words are a reflection of our thoughts. The group was a very interesting mix of people. I was able to see how a single point can be looked at from so many different perspectives. Overall, a very good learning experience.

I understood that every individual is unique in his or her own way. I learnt that I have not been looking at myself from a 3rd person’s viewpoint to identify my strengths, areas of improvement and uniqueness. I understood how the right questions can lead to more choices and better introspection. One important learning was that “Handling difficult people is a good chance to increase my flexibility”.

It is a really interesting way of handling the session. Letting the group evolve the topics of discussion through personal experiences and needs was beautiful. Ashok's style gave everyone an equal opportunity to speak and open up. And his depth of knowledge and skillful application of NLP techniques gave me first hand glimpses and experiences of how effectively the tools can be used. Very impressive!

I would like to stay in touch with Ashok to understand and apply whatever I learn through my experiences with NLP. I would like to learn more. NLP at work is a good start.More than helping to learning a new tool or technique during the training session, Ashok was able to give wonderful insights into my own mind. I am a ‘foodie’ and I loved the food that was served. The training was very enjoyable and never lost track or strayed away. I believe it is one of the best things that I have done for myself in a long time. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience to have the programme aid to explore the self. At the end of the workshop, I could feel pleasure of having the urge to explore the self more, what I wanted to do in my life & what would work best for me. The best part about the programme was that it brought out answers from the self instead of giving them directly.

The workshop was a surprise of a lot of new things. First, Ashok greeted us with our names the very first time & I thought he knew magic. A rose for each, gave a very welcoming & warm feeling that each one was special. The seating facing each other aided an open forum. The flow of session had every discussion very thought provoking & the breaks were flavored with soothing music & humor. The snacks did become my favorite & it was nice to get introduced to a healthy lunch. Interaction & learning from others was exciting with group activities. The sessions were even filled with suspense with a kick of having the introduction of people distributed through out the schedule with something to learn from every talk.

I learned:

About myself.

* How the words I use would influence my thought process.

* To associate things about me with myself. This also helped me loving myself.

* To give the right importance to internal & external references.

* To have an open mind.

And of course, learning keeps going.

Ashok’s questions were very thought provoking. It aided me to get my focus in the right path. I found it very surprising when it brought out answers from the inner self. I would definety give him the credit for helping me explore myself.

Thank you for giving a wonderful experience. I loved it!

Ashok, You have such a gracious style and are so giving - it is a very spiritual way of being in the world that you have Ashok and something very special that you have to bring to the world at large and I hope especially business life.

- Sue Knight, Author of "NLP at Work"

I enjoyed every moment of the program. Well, the experience cant be put into words. The program has given me reflection of myself and a choice to relook everything from new beginning.

The program has given me an excellent insight into my inner world and outer world. I am able to explore my behavior and of people surrounding me.At the same time the program had opened a world of choices in front of me which I was unaware of earlier.

Ashok has a unique style of training. Each one of us was involved from beginning till the end of program. Best part was he had built an excellent rapport with each participant and knew the individual developmental plan and gives enough support to each participant to work on it.

- Mayank Kumar, Sales Training Manager, IDEA Cellular, Jaipur

Ashok led by example. He puts himself out there on the edge infront of every one. He inspired a break through session for me. That was a massive part of my discoveries.

-Brad Kane, Australia

Overall Very Positive & Good! It's got me thinking in a new direction - I am aware and more conscious of the connection between the mind and body and that the answers are all within all of us. Ashok's style of training is full of Impact!! I especially liked the role play & enacting, the learnings are higher...

- Neeraja Joshi, HR Manager, Everest Group, Gurgaon, India

A very practical approach. Real life case studies make the learning easy to identify with. Experience was an immense learning about my own self and how my thoughts affect the way I communicate, thereby affecting my actions and  my outcome.

Ashok,
many thanks for your NLP session. I surely hope to meet you again.

- Puja Chaturvedi, Director, Vermillion Communications, New Delhi, India

Ashok moves unobtrusively and seamlessly between participating and teaching and sharing in all the daily life of the course - no us and them, no hierarchies or cliques. Methodologies and constructs are embedded through demonstration and practice.

- John Godfrey, Managing Consultant, Artful Fundraising Pty Ltd, Sydney

Ashok and his brothers are outstanding teachers and organisers.

- Brian Chernett, Chairman, The Academy of Chief Executives Limited, UK

This came as a painful jolt by means of Sue's very assiduous provocative therapy and confirmed later in a session with Ashok, who is also a master at provocative therapy.

- Jaclyn Chernett, Chazan - Cantor - Director, European Academy for Jewish Liturgy

Fabulous Experience!! Ashok, You have a beautiful style!! Your programme is the carnatic music amongst the other personality development programmes I have attended in my life.

- Swaminathan, General Manager, ISPAT, Mumbai, India

My experience with the NLP programme has propelled me towards greater excellence and an even better insight into me. The approach that Ashok used this time was different as compared to the previous session and equally impacting.

Ashok is a person with great depth and insight. He has a well paced out manner of speaking and he connects his thoughts beautifully in a flow with the event at hand. His facilitative style of training greatly encouraged me to find myself and the approach that would work for me.

I think I made an apt choice by opting for the second round of NLP. Reflecting back on my experience of the first programme and the second programme- I think I have transitioned from one level of awareness to the next. I am inspired with a renewed rigour to live my life with ‘Excellence’.

- Payal Gandhi, Deputy Manager (Training), WIPRO, New Delhi, India

This workshop taught me to ask myself more and more questions and find out the answers also myself. I understood, there is a solution for every problem. If I am more aware and conscious, the solution  also will be very easy to find out. ( The words are very carefully generated bringing Ashok’s face infront of me).

Ashok's style is very effective, approachable, simple and easy to understand the language, his patience, caring style were all excellent. Thank you Ashok
