I invite you to join me in building your strong foundation in the core skills of NLP. This workshop is an exciting possibility of a beautiful transformation of your thinking skills and hence your life. We might be exploring the various models of NLP to see how we can learn and benefit from them. It has taken years of hard work and persistence for me to learn all that I have learnt in the world of NLP. Looking back at my ten years, I have had a profound change in me and have learnt quite a bit about the art of facilitating change within myself and others.
I am fully convinced about the changes that people can bring into their
lives using NLP and in achieving their true potential. I commit myself wholeheartedly and
sincerely to assist you in this beautiful journey to achieve the
outcomes that you need for yourself. To ensure high quality training, I will
be working with a small group of 4 to10 participants in this programme. I

Training Format :
The training usually happens in a coaching format, where real time
issues of the participants are used as examples to see how NLP formats can
help oneself. Expect a lot of laughter, fun & stories during the training.
The training is modeled on some of the world pioneers in NLP & Personal
Change like...Sue Knight
(UK),
Frank
Farrelly (Ireland) ,
Gene
Early (USA) and many more. The topics covered in each day will depend on
what evolves in the group and what the trainer thinks as most relevant topic
to challenge the participants for their development. Usually a mix
of topics flow in each session, while the focus will be on mastering one
format. Much of the planning is usually done in real time.
The Hill Palace Resort is located on the Kottayam-Thekkadi drive in Kerala. This resort lies amidst peaceful surroundings in a stunning beauty of tree & flowering shrubs, 1300ft above sea level, surrounded by 250 acres of rubber plantation.
Luxurious stay is available in the hill palace. They have a policy of no meat/no alchohol here and they grow most of what they cook & follow the ayurvedic principles of food.
One can listen to the sounds of Kingfisher, kuils, wood pecker sitting in your room....all this slowness & stillness makes it purely a magical experience!

If you register with one more participant, who can share the accommodation with you, then you can just pay Rs. 20,000/- as workshop cost for both of you.
Workshop Timings -
The participants are expected to arrive on the evening before the start
date of the course. The course usually ends by 3pm on the last day of the
course.

Hearty congratulations for conducting such a beautiful programme and I am sure the experience was enriching and help me to excel my self as a better faculty member.
The Programme introduced me to whole lot of new concepts such as related to thinking process (Neuro), how we can be effective by understanding the Language in all together different ways and modeling as a concept for excellence – Programming.
I feel that I can be more connected now with my trainees by knowing my thinking as well as their thinking process. I have now learnt to become a facilitator to open up the minds of the participants than be a solution finder to their issues of concern.
The Hill Palace was ideal for such training programme. It was far from the maddening crowd and I could feel the serenity of the place an all together new experience. Your style was very friendly and free flowing like a meandering river and for adults it was a congenial way of learning.
I feel that few exercises in the book particular the questionnaire to identify our filters would have greatly enhanced the utility of the programme. I am going to attempt it independently and get back to you if required.

This workshop was a good place to stop a while and introspect myself which I usually dont get to do when i am back home.I learnt a lot about myself and my areas of improvement. The Hill Palace was absolutely appropriate. The calm and serene surrounding added to the success of my learning process. Ashok's style of training is very interesting, intriguing and adaptable!
In small and big ways I learnt a lot from all of you and i thank you all for that.Being a small group it was easy to relate to everyone and it also gave us all ample time to interact in a meaningful manner.Regardless to say i thoroughly enjoyed the entire process.
