Ashok’s Introduction :

I invite you to join me in building your strong foundation in the core skills of NLP. This workshop is an exciting possibility of a beautiful transformation of your thinking skills and hence your life. We might be exploring the various models of NLP to see how we can learn and benefit from them. It has taken years of hard work and persistence for me to learn all that I have learnt in the world of NLP. Looking back at my ten  years, I have had a profound change in me and have learnt quite a bit about the art of facilitating change within myself and others.

I am fully convinced about the changes that people can bring into their lives using NLP and in achieving their true potential. I commit myself wholeheartedly and sincerely to assist  you in this beautiful journey to achieve the outcomes that you need for yourself. To ensure high quality training, I will be working with a small group of 10-15 participants in this programme. I invite you to come and explore your true potential with me.

Outcomes :

  • To become aware of the effect that you have on others as an individual - both physically & verbally!

  • To explore what is success for you and how successful are you in your life, by studying some successful simple personalities around.

  • To understand your patterns of excellence & your patterns of mediocrity or weakness & build on your resources to achieve your outcomes.

  • To learn how to connect with what you might miss with your intelligence & to negotiate your learning/living with all the different worlds of wisdom available around you.

  • To learn some modern ways of influencing/coaching people to bring out the best in them.

  • To connect with the higher purpose of your life and how you can be connected that way in every moment of your life!

Training Format :

The training usually happens in a coaching format, where real time issues of the participants are used as examples to see how NLP formats can help oneself. Expect a lot of laughter, fun & stories during the training. The training is modeled on some of the world pioneers in NLP & Personal Change. The topics covered in each day will depend on what evolves in the group and what the trainer thinks as most relevant topic to challenge the participants for their development. Usually  a mix  of topics flow in each session, while the focus will be on mastering one format. Much of the planning is usually done in real time.

Bringing the excellence within me……..

The two days workshop has brought  an immense insight for me and I understood the powerful science of communication “NLP” and the changes it can bring to your life.NLP helps to realize the problem state and it is an intact means of achieving the desired outcome. The most underline principle of NLP,  I have learnt during the workshop is “Take the responsibility of for whatever you do”.

The above statement has a profound impact on my thinking and my aspect towards things around me has started changing, though I know it will take some time to preach, but the trigger has already generated.

During the two day workshop, I met some participants, heard them out and somewhere back of the mind after the workshop, I could relate their perspectives with what was taught to me. The learning started with understanding the basic that “The map is not a territory”, this signifies that every person is unique and therefore his views will be also different and stand correct on his side. When we actually understand this, we move from our behavior of assuming, ego state, aggression and enter into the state of “I don’t know”, “learning” and “openness”. Here we recognize the fact that the views of other people are also equally subjective and valid.

Through my little knowledge about subconscious mind, I was aware that it stores lot of information than conscious mind does, so when I understood that NLP, teaches you to also look below the “Surface”, I realized the deeper meaning of it, where I came to know that mind has its own filter which Deletes, Distorts and Generalizes. The use of senses to all were previously for our own benefits, but NLP has led the understanding that people perceive their world with their own senses & words which varies, so if you use their preferred words, style which matches with them then you will be able to connect better.

Many of us have their own beliefs and it is very important to have them, NLP teaches us that we should not be rigid about the same and should always be ready to question ourselves when we have not achieved the desired outcome. This will help us to identify beliefs which support our success.

It also teaches us that we always have choices for any given situation, so it takes a great deal to be observant and be aware of your reactions to a situation. If we master this art then we can control the unwanted reactions at any given point and be flexible in our behaviors.

The practical exercises done during the workshop did teach some important points which I would like to summarize it below:

·  We should have a purpose of life and work towards it.

·  Don’t use word “try”, it implies failure.

·  Don’t make assumption or pre-judge situation or people, you should be always open to learn.

·  Failure and feedback are part of life, we should learn from failure and should be open to feedback.

·  Asking right question to yourself or the other person is very important to understand the different perspectives.

·  Always be specific.

·  Important aspect of communication is establishing rapport and motivating everyone.

·  Thinking from different perspectives.

I may have not covered it all in this one page write up as NLP as a subject is vast and there is more learn.

Thank you Ashok for sharing this powerful science and imparting knowledge to the world out there.

- Sajit Pillai, HR, Mphasis, Pune, India :attended Ashok's NLP Training in the Girivan Hill Resort,Pune

I learnt and unlearnt lot of mental programmes that I run in my mind and I am sure they will be useful in managing my life better in terms of work, relationships and spiritual progress. I have learnt to be aware about the process while participating wholeheartedly in the content.

Ashok is just how a human being must be, simple but effective, knows what he wants and gives what others want and can specifically state or at least reflect. Knows his job perfectly well, but doesn’t glorify himself.

As I had discussed with Ashok, I would like to assist him in some of the training programs ahead.

My gratitude for conducting the programs with a win win orientation.

- Shradha Agrawal, Upcoming NLP Trainer, Mumbai, India : attended Ashok's NLP Training in the wellness resort between Mumbai -Pune

I think it was an inward journey. One gets to learn the techniques of NLP from books, Internet and various courses; whereas with Ashok, we learned to become more aware of ourselves and the way we act and react. I learned how my physiology changed my mental state and hence my behaviour

I like the way Ashok goes with the flow and helps the learners to unfold and blossom from
within, instead of following some preplanned curriculum

I think we should keep in touch and discuss our progress regularly

Keep up the good work! All the best!

- Caroline Karnet, Training Specialist, Allscripts / Eclypsis Corporation, Vadodara, India : attended Ashok's NLP Training in the wellness resort between Mumbai -Pune

My experience with Ashok's NLP workshop (Mumbai) was a great learning experience as I un-learned and re-learned quite a few vital things about myself.

I learnt

  • To accept myself as a unique person possessing skill sets that are unique to me – this helped me improve my confidence.

  • There is nothing “Right” or “Wrong” in any situation – it is the experience that matters and how the experience is perceived by different individuals. I changed my approach and this helped me reduce my stress levels

  • To associate my emotions with my “wants” – this helped me sustain enthusiasm and happiness for longer sessions than earlier occasions

  • That when I choose the “right set of words” for internal and external communications, I can create my own happiness, enthusiasm and passion for life and work

I am still learning on a daily basis practicing the above inputs and hence my NLP journey continues…….

I liked Ashok’s passion for training, style of communication – no nonsense approach, crisp talk, feel-good factor even after he gave me a critical feedback – and his genuine interest to help me develop. He ensured 100% active participation from class shedding all their inhibitions.

Ashok, I am really happy that we met and I gained invaluable lessons about myself. The learning from your NLP workshop could not have been replaced easily with reading books. It is my hope that we continue to be in touch and mutually benefit each other.

You are currently doing a great job and there is no question that there is greater success awaiting you. And when you reach there, do not change. I like your humility, concept of effortless living, sincerity to help others, and eagerness to learn and reflect.

NLP Training (Mumbai) with Ashok was a great learning experience. I am sure it will be useful in life. I was made aware of the defects in my way of communication and beliefs which is hindering me from what I want to get out of life.

The wellness resort between Mumbai - Pune was a good place set in natural surroundings, effective for this NLP training.

Ashok's style of NLP training is very personalized. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

KINDLY SEND ME A DETAILED CRITICAL FEED BACK AS DISCUSSED FOR MY FURTHER DEVELOPMENT.

- Chandon Bhowmik, Project Manager, IMECO, UAE :attended Ashok's NLP Training in the wellness resort between Mumbai -Pune during May 2010

NLP Training (Mumbai) with Ashok was certainly helpful in understanding how the NLP concepts can be applied. Reading about NLP and being part of this NLP workshop are two very different experiences. The applied  NLP component has now made reading about NLP more meaningful.

I have learnt to
* Pay attention to the words as they run through my minds.
* Mindfulness – in thought word and deed
* I have always taught people to appreciate others points of view. Somehow I never bothered to check if I was doing the same. In this regard, the program was an eye-opener

I THINK Ashok is very unassuming. That has worked in this situation. I am just wondering if my acceptance of his ideas would have been quicker if his initial impression was a little more sophisticated. I think that just reflects my prejudice again. So I guess even the persona of Ashok has acted as a challenge for me. It took me a while to stop wondering whether he is actually good, and start paying attention to his work.

This course has helped not just in sorting out personal issues but also in understanding NLP a little more. Any further program will definitely take this learning further.

ALL THE BEST!! KEEP ROCKING!!!
