Dear Ashok, It was a wonderful journey of self discovery and realization for two and half days with you. Thank you! Some of the frameworks that are with me and a part of me: a) Drama Triangle – It is a very good and generic framework that can be applied in all walks of life and shows how people react in different ways with their own reasons. b) Association – Disassociation - This was another framework that I have used without knowing it was a NLP technique in my own style. Definitely the ability to dissociate from a particular position and scenario from oneself helps in handling many situations better.c) Self other – This concept is a notch above. The ability to visualize problems and get perspectives never thought before would be possible through this and that too all the unpacking would be possible by the people/oneself invovled. d) Questions - The questions set that you had shared and used during the workshop were definitely very effective in discovering what was exactly going on in peoples mind and helping them realize things all by themselves. Definitely there was a structure in there. e) Audio visual: The ability to understand others personality based on visual and sounds aspect was an eye opener. f) Unconscious: NLP to me was all about unpacking and bisecting the unconscious mind and bringing the unknown to the known to oneself. g) Meditation and Osho: The understanding and awareness on meditation was new and unknown to me before and was an eye opener on how the observer can be observed in the mind. a) Muscle Tension b) Noise Reduction c) Narrow vision. Osho’s quotes and your usage of those definitely triggered me to read and listen to Osho more. Also I read and listen to Krishnamurthi’s words a lot so listening to you really helped me get some more dimensions about myself. Thanks for all your insights on marriage…definitely got thoughts I have never thought before. Self realizations: a) Definitely got my priorities about my life and the importance to my married lifeb) Story teller and people listening to me was an insight about me to myself c) Reducing my speed while talking and looking at people while I speak are very important and it is about communicating and not speaking. d) Making my mind think that I am doing something and using present continuous and not future is also a part of the learning for the brain and its programming. e) Thanks again for your views on marriage. NLP and leadership is something I would like to explore together in the coming days. Let me know any authors/books that may already have explored this topic. - Ezhilmuthu Ramaraj, Business Consultant, Cognizant Technology Solutions, London, India : attended Ashok's NLP workshop in Zorba - The Buddha between Gurgaon & New Delhi.
Excellent learning for me. - Nasreen Khan, Trainer & HR Consultant, Catalyst Services Private Limited, New Delhi India : attended Ashok's NLP workshop in Zorba - The Buddha between Gurgaon & New Delhi.
It was fantastic. I had a coating and
understanding of NLP that was fabioulous. - Manu Panicker,
Real Estate Consultant, Faridabad, Haryana, India : attended Ashok's NLP
workshop in Zorba - The Buddha between Gurgaon & New Delhi. My experience on the NLP course with
Ashok was self enriching. It gave me a lot of insight into my own thinking
and behavior patterns.I have learnt that by changing the mere question, new
choices crop up changing the dimensions of problems. It was demonstrated to
me that modeling works as a very powerful tool to imbibe wanted behaviors of
others.I have also realized that in my relationship with my husband I was
wanting to be "rescued" all the time which would eventually put strain on
this relationship. I was also made aware about my "preferred" way of
thinking. - Anshu Mehra, Nutritionist, Visiting Faculty at Meerut College, Blossom School & Mentor Gyan Uday
Fabulous Experience!! Ashok, You have a beautiful style!! Your programme is the carnatic music amongst the other personality development programmes I have attended in my life. - Swaminathan, General Manager, ISPAT, Mumbai, India
My experience with the NLP programme has
propelled me towards greater excellence and an even better insight into me.
The approach that Ashok used this time was different as compared to the
previous session and equally impacting. - Payal Gandhi, Deputy Manager (Training), WIPRO, New Delhi, India
There has been a lasting impression in my mind that I have all the answers within me, this gives me a very strong feel that I am capable enough to handle any situation. I am glad that I could attend this programme. I learnt that anything is possible by just understanding and altering thought patterns of the mind. Also understood the importance of taking responsibility for my life instead of focusing on others. I felt the workshop was highly customized and tailor made to suit the individual in the most efficient way. I could witness transformation in the participants within a very short span of time that we related to Ashok. I would like to know more about NLP and I firmly believe that NLP can help me in achieving my mission on this earth. Feel glad to have been a participant in this training and I heartfully thank God for it. May God bless all of you!! It has been my pleasure and privilege to attend this programme!!!! Thanks a ton!!!!!!!!!!!! - Josephine Nancy Anthony, Relationship Manager, Citibank, Chennai
My experience on this programme is something I find very difficult to express through words. It was an experience that was happening more inside me rather than outside. I felt the effect of it on the very first day of the programme itself. I learnt basically that the power of our mind is something that I have never learnt to harness to think in a particular fashion. The concept of modeling of excellence attracted me quite a bit and definitely will endeavor to inquire more into it. Ashok's style is very different from other trainings that I attended. No Hype or fancy technology, plain human involvement is a style that is something other trainers or facilitators need to replicate. - Rajesh Ramamurthy, Head of Operations, Trident Fligt Handlers Pvt. Ltd.. Chennai
It was good to interact with such a diverse people and very interesting team to meet up with.I felt quite comfortable in opening up.Appreciate your way of probing and picking up quickly on what we say and conveying back about our personality. I learnt a lot from these two days - Learning from others experience, Learning from feelings expressed, How the language we use conveys our personality, the pattern that emerges, etc.. Ashok's style is Unassuming, simple way of interacting, communicating & Very crisp and candid feedback Will be thankful if you can help us on to build on what we learned and practice more. - Ramakrishna Prasad Kodali , Asst. Vice President - IT, RR Donnelley India, Chennai
Programme was very good. It is quite different from other. I had an
experience of a new way of presentation, which is quite
interesting.I learnt to know myself better in certain areas, where I
can be flexible enough to see the matters in different way. - Bandana Ghosh, Director, Brainobrain West Bengal, Kagurkachi, Kolkata
The experience in this programme was
nice Self Assessment exercises allows us to evaluate and bring out the
purpose though I am still in the process. -Simmi Mendiratta, Entrepreneur & Trainer, New Delhi
Overall Very Positive & Good! It's got me thinking in a new direction - I am aware and more conscious of the connection between the mind and body and that the answers are all within all of us. Ashok's style of training is full of Impact!! I especially liked the role play & enacting, the learnings are higher... - Neeraja Joshi, HR Manager, Everest Group, Gurgaon, India
