Mission
Our mission is to serve as a
people training academy for those who want to explore their potential to
become real world class leaders in whatever they do.
In the next five years Shinota’s vision is to
1. identify & support more than 100 Leadership Trainers, who can support the leaders of this world.
2. create a leadership resource centre for leaders, which is an oasis for them to relax, to think, to evolve into the world of their future.
Arijit Mallick
Hi and
Welcome! I am Arijit Mallick. I am an NLP practitioner, life coach and a
teacher with more than four years of experience in coaching individuals and
groups towards personal and professional excellence. I have lived most of my
educational life in Pune where I was introduced to coaching in its basic
forms, during my first year of engineering, at a training workshop. Training
and coaching, towards awareness and excellence, has attracted me actively
ever since and I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with some
amazing leaders of this time. I was introduced to NLP about 2 years ago
around the same time when I strongly
realized that I thoroughly enjoyed coaching and working with people in
facilitating changes. I took my formal training in NLP with Ashok in 2010
and it has been a wonderful journey and a dream run ever since.
Presently, I live in Kerala where I am evolving as an
entrepreneur, NLP trainer and consultant and above all as a responsible
human being, at Shinota under Ashok’s mentorship. I enjoy various facets of
Kerala’s climate, culture, yoga and ayurveda. I like reading OSHO and
teaching Science to kids.
I believe, every individual has a destiny which is very
much subject to the choices he/she makes and intent is the key to having
access to such abundance. So, I encourage people to choose well and choose
with intent!!
